On September 12, the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) joined the TOBS Committee in a preparatory meeting for the 35th Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines, set this October. The meeting was presided over by Committee Chairperson Hon. Joey G. Pelaez and attended by fellow committee members, officers from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines National Office, and members of the TOBSPA Executive Committee.
