In a courtesy call held on August 19 at the Boy Scouts of the Philippines National Office, the leadership of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) convened with BSP National President Atty. Emilio B. Aquino and Acting Secretary General Atty. Cedrick G. Train. The new generation of association leaders reaffirmed TOBSPA’s steadfast role as a developmental arm in partnership with the new BSP leadership.
