The Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) commemorated its 30th Founding Anniversary with a dinner and homecoming held at the historic Metropolitan Theatre Ballroom on October 31.

The celebration brought together past awardees—including the newly inducted TOBS 2025—as well as officials from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) who have supported the association’s thrusts over the past three decades.

The highlight of the event was the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between TOBSPA and the BSP, formally affirming the association’s role as the National Scout Organization’s Developmental Arm.

The gathering further reaffirmed TOBSPA’s commitment to nurturing future leaders and strengthening its enduring legacy of excellence in Scouting.
