The Boy Scouts of the Philippines, on October 11, commenced the week-long technical evaluation of the bid books submitted by the National Finalists for the 35th Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Members of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) took part in the evaluation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the entire process.
