From October 5–10, members of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) participated in the 11th Asia-Pacific Scout Youth Forum held in Taipei, Taiwan. With the theme “Scouting: Integrated Versatility,” the forum inspired young people from across the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) to embrace the diverse values of Scouting and ignite innovative ideas for its future growth.

Meanwhile, Dianne Eden Villasis, TOBS 2016, concluded her term on a high note as the Regional Youth Representative (RYR) Chairperson, serving from 2022 to 2025 in the constitutive bodies of the Asia-Pacific Scout Region, including participation in the decision-making processes of its committees and sub-committees.
