On October 4, the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) Executive Committee, together with the Project Officers, conducted a realignment meeting in preparation for its milestone year. The meeting focused on the necessary preparations for the forthcoming 30th TOBSPA Anniversary, the 20th Gawad TOBSPA Award for Community Service, and the association’s role in the 35th Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
