In celebration of the 2025 World Scout Scarf Day and its 30th anniversary, the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the Safe from Harm World Policy of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and expresses full support for the National Safeguarding Policy of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP).

As part of this commitment, TOBSPA mandates that all its members complete the Safe from Harm online course and submit the corresponding course completion certificate. This serves as a personal pledge to uphold the principles of safety, protection, and inclusivity before engaging in any activity that involves direct interaction with Scouts.

This proactive initiative underscores TOBSPA’s role as the Developmental Arm of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, dedicated to creating a secure and supportive environment for every Scout, in line with global and national safeguarding standards.
